All you need for the cork change at the rotary valves can be seen on these pictures: a razor sharp knife, perhaps a surgeon knife, the thin cork barrel (6 mms thick), a thicker nail, a small screw driver, perhaps a wooden or plastic hammer, a piece of cloth or a small towel, a small punch, - much needed: patience (!)

First remove the old cork using the small screw driver. Place the cork inside the small towel, roll & hammer it to oval shape carefully. Next: squeeze the cork on his place by vertical action. If the cork piece is quite short allready, or if you perform this on the change valve, pick the cork with the nail & place it vertically. Third cut the cork with the very sharp knife or using one half of a razor blade.

Last: check under the valve cap, if the marks match with the marks on the bearing plate.  If the marks do not match, squeeze the cork deeper into its place by using the small punch; rescrew the valve cap.

Alle Werkzeuge sind abgebildet: Skalpell oder halbe Rasierklinge, Kork-stange (6 mm), ein dickerer Nagel oder ähnlich spitzer Gegenstand, Holz- oder Plastikhammer, ein Stück Tuch, ein Durchschlag oder anderes gerades Stück Metall oder Hartholz, - wichtig: viel Geduld.

Erst alte Korken mit Hilfe des kleinen Schraubendrehers entfernen. Kork in ein Tuch einschlagen, etwas rollen und mit dem Hammer vorsichtig leicht oval schlagen. Wenn der Kork bereits kurz ist, mit dem spitzen Gegenstand aufspiessen und von oben her einsetzen; dann den Kork vorsichtig zurecht schneiden.

Nach Abschrauben des Ventildeckels auf dem inneren Deckel die Überein-stimmung der Markierungen prüfen und eventuell mit dem Durchschlag den Sitz des Anschlagkorks  korrigieren. Ventildeckel wieder zuschrauben.
